In the spring, free consultations and advanced training courses on various topics will be held in the capital's NGO coworking centers: from team management and financial reporting to promoting socially significant initiatives, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

NGO Lab training programs are provided for employees and managers of non-profit organizations.

"Since the beginning of the project in 2016, more than 70 thousand participants have joined it. About 20,000 individual consultations, webinars, face—to-face courses and other events have already been conducted for them," Sergunina said.

The course "Project Team Management" starts on March 25. The expert will tell you how to build a team's work, effectively plan internal processes and motivate employees. Online lessons on developing NGO development strategies will be launched on March 31. Participants will have five video sessions and a face-to-face meeting with an expert.

Another training program, which will be held from April 8 to May 6, is devoted to the accounting aspects of the work of NGOs. A series of five events will cover key financial issues.

In addition, unified days of consultations with lawyers, accountants and other specialists are planned. On April 2, the meeting will be organized at the NGO's coworking center in the Southwestern Administrative District, and on April 9 - in the Southeastern One. An appointment will be required for the visit.

Currently, there are 13 NGO coworking centers in Moscow. Two of them opened in 2025: in pavilion No. 44 at VDNH and in the district center "Meeting Place" in the north of the city.
