DOM.RF has held auctions for the sale of three cultural heritage sites in the center of Moscow, the company's press service reported. The lots included the Ryabushinsky estate, the Rossinsky pilot's house and the wing of the city estate on Nikoloyamskaya. All the buildings were built in the XVIII-XIX centuries.
38 individuals and legal entities from five regions participated in three auctions. This is the first time such high investor activity has been recorded at auctions for the transfer of historical and architectural monuments, DOM.RF noted.
The most sought-after among the bidders was the object of cultural heritage of federal significance "Residential building, early 19th century" in 3rd Golutvinsky Lane. 19 bidders from five regions participated in the auction. The investors were offered a lot, which includes the sale of buildings with a total area of 1.3 thousand square meters and the lease of a plot of 0.13 hectares. The winner of the auction was IP Tuichiev Anton Yusupovich. The final price of the lot was 733.89 million rubles.
The second largest number of applications for participation in the auction was the cultural heritage site of regional significance "House of the Russian pilot Rossinsky" in Maly Vlasyevsky Lane. The lot includes buildings with a total area of 704.7 sq. m. m and the lease of a plot of 0.1 ha . 15 companies and individuals from three regions took part in the auction. Liquid State became the new owner following the results of the auction. The final price of the lot is 672.1 million rubles.
The third object of the auction was the wing of the city estate of the XVIII-XIX centuries on Nikoloyamskaya Street. The building has an area of 144.6 sq. m. It is recognized as an object of cultural heritage of federal significance. Four bids were submitted from companies and individuals from two regions. OTK company was recognized as the winner of the auction, the sale amount was 45.73 million rubles.
The new owners will be required to carry out work on the restoration and preservation of historical buildings, as well as meet the requirements for their maintenance and use in accordance with the procedure established by law.
