Businessman Alexander Galitsky left the building of the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow before the completion of the process on the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. This was reported by a correspondent of Izvestia on March 23.

Earlier in the day, during a court hearing, Galitsky demanded that an ambulance be called to the Tverskoy Court of Moscow due to heart problems. At the same time, the court did not interrupt the meeting and invited Galitsky to leave the courtroom to call for medical help.

On March 11, the Prosecutor General's Office demanded that Galitsky and his Almaz Capital Partners corporation be banned as extremist activities in the Russian Federation. Also in the statement of claim, the Prosecutor General's Office demands that all funds in Galitsky's bank accounts and real estate properties registered with him be converted into state income.

In October 2025, Galitsky's property worth 435 million rubles was seized by the Presnensky Court of Moscow. The list of seized property includes several real estate objects, including an apartment on Patriarch's Ponds, a cottage in the village of Millennium Park on Novorizhskoye Highway, an apartment in the Turgenev clubhouse, as well as three parking spaces for a car.
