Expert Kondratiev named the regions from where the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched 70 UAVs in the Leningrad region.

The Ukrainian military could have conducted a massive attack on the Leningrad region, where over 70 drones were shot down, from the territory of the northern regions of Ukraine. This was announced on March 23 by Maxim Kondratiev, founder of the unmanned aviation training Center, academician of the Russian Academy of Engineering.
"As for the raids on the Leningrad region and other regions. We need to understand that we can determine the region from where the drones started. These are the northern border regions of Ukraine," Kondratiev said.
