Investor Galitsky asked to call an ambulance to court
Investor Alexander Galitsky demanded to call an ambulance to the Tverskoy court of Moscow due to heart problems. This was reported on March 23 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.
At the same time, the court did not interrupt the meeting and invited Galitsky to leave the courtroom to call for medical help.
On the same day, Galitsky's lawyer announced that the businessman was ready to conclude a settlement agreement on the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation to recognize his extremist activities in Russia. Galitsky on March 19 expressed disagreement with the claim. According to him, the fund, which is claimed by the prosecutor's office, invested $90 million in Russian companies.
On March 11, the Prosecutor General's Office demanded that Galitsky and his Almaz Capital Partners corporation be banned as extremist activities in the Russian Federation. Also in the statement of claim, the Prosecutor General's Office demands that all funds in Galitsky's bank accounts and real estate properties registered with him be converted into state income.
In October 2025, Galitsky's property worth 435 million rubles was seized by the Presnensky Court of Moscow. The list of seized property includes several real estate objects, including an apartment on Patriarch's Ponds, a cottage in the village of Millennium Park on Novorizhskoye Highway, an apartment in the Turgenev clubhouse, as well as three parking spaces for a car.
