The bank said that the owner of Krestov is currently developing a project concept. The issue of financing will be resolved after the type of adaptation of the project becomes known.

Currently, the cost of the project is about 15 billion rubles, almost 400 thousand rubles per 1 square meter of buildings. The area of the complex is 41,2 thousand square meters. m.

Projects in St. Petersburg can count on loans at rates from 6% to 9%. Hotel projects are credited at a rate of 6%, while others are credited at 9%. At the same time, the average market rate for development projects is 18-19% (the key rate plus 2-4%), writes 78.ru .

Experts believe that Kresty has every chance of receiving preferential loans. However, it may take a long time to resolve this issue, as the borrower will have to collect a lot of supporting documents.

KVS Group expects to receive a permit for the reconstruction of the Crosses by the summer of this year.
