Investor Alexander Galitsky is ready to conclude a settlement agreement on the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation for recognition of his extremist activities in Russia. This was announced on March 23 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the hall of the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow.

"We are filing a motion for readiness to conclude an amicable agreement," the businessman's representative said in court.

On March 19, Galitsky expressed disagreement with the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation to recognize his extremist activities. According to him, the fund, which is claimed by the prosecutor's office, invested $90 million in Russian companies.

On March 11, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation demanded that Galitsky and his Almaz Capital Partners corporation be banned as extremist activities in the Russian Federation. Also in the statement of claim, the Prosecutor General's Office demands that all funds in Galitsky's bank accounts and real estate properties registered with him be converted into state income.

In October 2025, Galitsky's property worth 435 million rubles was seized by the Presnensky Court of Moscow. The list of seized property includes several real estate objects, including an apartment on Patriarch's Ponds, a cottage in the village of Millennium Park on Novorizhskoye Highway, an apartment in the Turgenev clubhouse, as well as three parking spaces for a car.
