The European Union (EU) countries were left without oil and gas, thus fulfilling the "green" and Russophobic programs. This was announced on March 22 by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of Russia for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries.
"Europe can finally enjoy the success of both its green and Russophobic programs — no oil, no gas," he wrote on the social network X.
