The State Duma called the combat experience of the Russian Armed Forces a key advantage over Western armies.

The main strategic advantage of the Russian Armed Forces over Western armies is practical experience. This was announced on March 22 by the head of the State Duma's Defense Committee, Andrei Kartapolov.

"Our current commanders and commanders have gained invaluable experience that their Western opponents do not have and cannot get out of nowhere," he said in an interview with TASS.

Kartapolov stressed that there are no military leaders with a comparable level of training in the current European armies, since such professional qualities have been formed exclusively in the conditions of real combat operations for many years.

In addition, in his opinion, equipment and weapons are not a decisive factor without trained personnel. Of particular importance is the will of the military and political leadership and the determination of the commanders directly organizing the conduct of hostilities.
