Russians were told about the consequences of writing a resume using AI
You should not rely entirely on AI when writing a resume, as it can indicate incorrect facts, deprive the applicant of personality and lead to an awkward interview situation. This was announced on March 22 by Anna Khripchenko, Director of Academic and Career Development at the Presidential Academy.
"You shouldn't rely on him completely. AI-generated texts often look formulaic and devoid of personality, and sometimes may contain inaccurate or even fictional facts. This can lead to awkward interview situations," Khripchenko said in an interview with TASS.
Khripchenko also added that AI can serve as a good auxiliary tool when creating a resume: it can systematize information and quickly find synonyms for words.
On March 22, Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Boris Chernyshov (LDPR) proposed the creation of an institute for the protection of citizens' rights in cooperation with AI technologies. The Vice Speaker notes that this institute could ensure the reception of complaints about AI-related decisions, as well as analyze cases of algorithm errors and the spread of fakes. The Institute's tasks also include the preparation of recommendations for the safe implementation of AI in the field of business and government.
