A complete blocking of Telegram is unlikely in the near future, but users may face even more severe restrictions on the messenger. This opinion was expressed on March 21 by Igor Bederov, head of the T.Hunter Investigations Department.

"In my opinion, the complete blocking of Telegram in the near future is not worth waiting for as the most likely scenario, but waiting for further tightening is quite realistic," the expert quotes TASS.
