Summer residents in Russia can receive a fine of up to 5 thousand rubles for improper installation of an outdoor toilet on the site. Lawyer David Taranovsky told about it on March 21.

"The amount of the fine for improper toilet is not explicitly stated, but violation of sanitary standards falls under Article 6.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation and entails a warning or fine. For citizens: from 100 to 500 rubles. In practice, the fine may amount to about 5,000 rubles," the expert said in an interview with TASS.
