In Russia, families with children want to provide free housing under a social rental agreement. This was stated on March 21 by Olga Demicheva, a member of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC), president of the charity organization "Dr. Lisa's Fair Aid."

"Providing housing for families with children. Not owned, but under a social rental agreement. But after the birth of the third child, they will be allowed to privatize," Demicheva said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to her, this will help to increase the desire to become a large family, which, in turn, will improve the demography in the country.
