Russians were warned about the ban on collecting snowdrops
A plucked snowdrop can result in a fine of up to 1 million rubles or even up to four years for a Russian citizen. Evgeny Masharov, a member of the commission of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation for the public examination of draft laws and other regulations, told about this on March 21.
"The fine for citizens ranges from 2.5 thousand to 5 thousand rubles, for officials — from 15 thousand to 20 thousand rubles, and for legal entities — from 500 thousand to 1 million rubles," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
