The films "Pinocchio" and "There is only a Moment" won awards at the V ORIGINAL+ Festival

The films "Pinocchio" and "There is only a Moment" received awards as part of the V anniversary festival of content of ORIGINAL+ streaming platforms, which took place on March 20 in Moscow.

The Virtual Production award in the Innovation category was awarded to the fairy tale film Pinocchio. The jury awarded the project with a special assessment for the creative and functionally verified use of technological capabilities.

"A very large amount of modeling was done: to assemble virtual locations, make buildings, clothes — all with photorealistic accuracy. The animators did a lot of work. <...> Combining makap shooting and shooting real actors was a very risky idea, but it paid off," said makap supervisor Nikolai Ivanov, who participated in the creation of Pinocchio.

In the same nomination, the XOVP prize was awarded to the painting "There is only a Moment." The professional use of technology, which enhances the artistic and conceptual component of the film, was noted.

The family film "Pinocchio" was presented at the Russian Film Festival in Phuket (Thailand) from March 2 to March 4. The release of the film is timed to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the Soviet painting, work on the project was carried out with the participation of the National Media Group (NMG). The project helped the audience to plunge into the atmosphere of childhood and fairy tales. The cinema's visitors noted the memorable characters and stated that they were satisfied with the viewing.

The film was widely distributed in Russia on January 1, 2026 — exactly 50 years after the premiere of the legendary TV movie "The Adventures of Pinocchio" — and collected more than 2.3 billion rubles. Today, the film continues its international promotion, uniting viewers from different countries through the universal values and language of modern cinema.
