"I offered them my vision of ending the war in Iran. The way I see it," Lukashenko said.

However, he did not disclose the details. The Belarusian leader said that in a sense, the republic has "come under pressure" due to the escalation in the Middle East, since Minsk maintains relations to one degree or another and wants to develop them with all parties involved in the conflict.

"We have only one principle: we need this to end. Because our people are both there and there. Everyone is suffering," Lukashenko concluded.
