Russia is discussing possible options for providing assistance to Cuba. This was announced on March 20 at a briefing by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"We are indeed discussing possible options for providing assistance to Cuba in the difficult situation it finds itself in," Peskov said.
He also noted that Russian officials are in constant contact with the Cuban leadership.
