The Central Bank of the Russian Federation lowered its key rate to 15% per annum. This was announced on March 20 on the official website of the regulator.
"On March 20, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia decided to reduce the key rate by 50 bps to 15% per annum," the Central Bank said in a statement.
