The new supreme leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei, is alive and well and not hiding in a bunker. This was announced on March 19 by Iranian Ambassador to France Mohamad Aminejad.

"Of course, he's alive and well. We don't need to hide it under glass," he stressed in an interview with BFMTV.
