Carsharing has set a record for the number of trips by car in Moscow
By the end of the winter of 2026, the number of trips per carsharing car exceeded five per day in Moscow, Delimobil told Izvestia on March 20. The new result turned out to be a record for winter in the entire history of the company's observations, it is about 1.5 times higher than the market average.
In 2025, comparable indicators were observed only in the spring and summer season, when user activity is traditionally higher. The company said that such results were achieved due to the focus on a sustainably large segment showing growth in the current market conditions — affordable cars for a wide audience.
The loading of the fleet increased both due to an increase in the frequency of trips by existing users, and due to the return of some customers, the carsharing company noted. Vincenzo Trani, CEO of Delimobil, pointed out that as the company enters peak seasons, it expects to increase the level of fleet utilization due to the current fleet structure and pricing model.
Earlier, on March 12, Delimobil reported that the company had extended the service life of the car to 8-9 years. The car works in Moscow for the first four years, and then goes to the regions.
