A new online training program "Career Impulse" has been opened in the capital. With its help, Muscovites will be able to structure their experience and skills so that they meet the current needs of city companies, and enterprises will be able to find specialists for specific tasks faster, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalia Sergunina.

"The course will combine webinars and online workshops. Each student will be assigned a supervisor who will help analyze professional competencies, determine career goals, and design a resume based on market requirements. Special attention will be paid to how digital employee recruitment tools work," Sergunina said.

The first lesson will be held on March 30th. Participants will form a list of industry-specific and flexible skills and identify areas for future development. Subsequent meetings will be devoted to the formulation of career goals, the description of achievements, the visual design of the resume, the creation of a cover letter and the preparation for the interview.

After each webinar, participants will need to complete their homework. The training will end with an open online session where those who wish will be able to ask experts questions and receive personal recommendations.

You can apply for the program in the section of the Career Development Center on the website of the Technograd Innovation and educational complex. About 500 people participated in the pilot version of the project last year.
