Hockey club (HC) CSKA scored its 800th victory in the KHL, beating Spartak 3-2 in a shootout. The meeting took place at Spartak's home arena on March 18.

According to Sport-Express, Sergei Lukyantsev and Mikhail Maltsev scored goals for the hosts, Maxim Sorkin and Sergey Kalinin scored for the Army team. The winning shootout was scored by Nikolay Kovalenko.
