After the crash of a drone wreckage in Sevastopol, a forest area caught fire.
In the suburbs of Sevastopol, a piece of forest caught fire as a result of falling debris from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). This was announced on March 18 by the head of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.
"A section of forest on a mountain near the village of Fruitovoye caught fire from the fallen debris of downed UAVs. Special services are in place," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to him, air defense systems are operating in the city. Four air targets have already been shot down. Razvozhaev added that fragments of the downed UAV also fell on a private house in the North Side area.
