The leaders of the rating of digital industrial brands are named
Russian industrial giants Gazprom, Rosatom and Gazprom Neft have become leaders in terms of user interest in their digital technologies, according to the industry portal InfoTEK.
The rating is based on the results of the analysis of data from the open statistics of the Yandex service.Wordstat" for 2025. Experts have recorded an 18% increase in the number of search queries about technology in industry over the past two years. Topics such as unmanned trucks, neural networks for engineers, and AI avatars have become drivers of interest.
Gazprom took the first place in the list, with 16.6 thousand requests. Rosatom is on the second line (11.8 thousand), Gazprom Neft is in the third position (5.3 thousand). The leaders also included the automobile manufacturer KAMAZ (4.8 thousand), the petrochemical holding SIBUR (3.9 thousand), the metallurgical company Severstal (3.2 thousand), the Rostec state Corporation (3.1 thousand) and Norilsk Nickel (3.1 thousand).

The portal's analysts attribute the statistics to the transition of the Russian industry from using Western software to creating and exporting its own products. For example, Gazprom Neft supplies IT solutions to more than a hundred companies, and produces over 60% of its hydrocarbons using digital twin technology.
Special attention in the study is paid to the practical application of technologies. KAMAZ unmanned trucks drove along the M-11 highway for more than 9.5 million km without accidents. SIBUR uses artificial intelligence to develop new polymers, and Severstal has launched the Metallica digital project, the first AI avatar in the metallurgical industry that advises clients in real time.
Infotech expert Alexander Frolov, in a comment to Izvestia, noted that in 2026 the industry will rely on AI and digital counterparts. According to him, these technologies have already become part of Gazprom Neft's business strategy to create a digital oil company.
