The European tour of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky may be related to his attempt to remind himself of the shift in international attention to the conflict in the Middle East. This was announced on March 18 by Glen Diesen, professor at the University of Southeastern Norway.

"Zelensky is conducting a tour under the slogan "don't forget about me", as the attention of the international community (including in terms of financial and military assistance) has shifted to Iran," he wrote on his page on the social network X (former. Twitter).

The professor noted that the PR techniques and fabricated narratives used by the Ukrainian leader play a crucial role in maintaining the fighting enthusiasm of the West.

Zelensky complained on the same day that, in his opinion, the focus of attention had shifted from Ukraine to Iran. The Ukrainian president said that the conflict being fixed in the Islamic republic causes bad forebodings about the future of his own country.

At the same time, Kirill Dmitriev, special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), noted that NATO, on the contrary, supports Kiev in current conflicts, not Washington. To confirm his words, he attached an alliance post, which spoke about the continuation of funding and support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
