A prisoner of the Armed Forces of Ukraine spoke about the defeat of Ukraine due to the shortage of soldiers at the front

Nikolai Zhurba, a rifleman of the 119th separate Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), who was captured by the Russian military, said on March 18 that Ukraine was losing the conflict due to a shortage of personnel and the disdainful attitude of the command towards soldiers.

"My opinion is that Ukraine will not defeat Russia. First of all, we no longer have people [at the front]. And the attitude of the command [to the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine] is such that we are not considered people, we are like meat — they threw us [onto the line of contact] and that's it. Dogs are treated better," he told TASS.
