Sobyanin approved three more CRT projects in Moscow
The Moscow government has approved projects for the integrated development of three inefficiently used territories with a total area of 7.89 hectares. This was announced on Tuesday, March 17, according to the website of the Moscow City Hall.
It is planned to build more than 180,000 square meters of real estate on the site of these sites, including housing under the renovation program, as well as industrial and public-business facilities, Moscow 24 writes.
In the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye area, a residential block with a 500-seat school and a 250-seat kindergarten will be built on a 4.26-hectare plot. An industrial complex and a municipal base will be located in the Molzhaninovsky district on the territory of 2.93 hectares. A residential complex for renovation will be built in Orekhovo-Borisov Severny on a plot of 0.7 hectares, the Moscow City News agency reports.
It is noted that the implementation of the projects will create about 980 jobs, as well as improve and update the road network.
