The Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case into the death of a 52-year-old woman from carbon monoxide poisoning in Tula. A forensic examination has been scheduled.

The tragedy occurred on March 11 in a house on Shcheglovskaya Zaseka Street. The woman's body was found in an apartment on the fifth floor, TSN24 writes.

A criminal case has been initiated into the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements. Witnesses are being interviewed.

On March 17, in Novokuibyshevsk (Samara region), three workers died during repair work in a well. According to preliminary data, the cause of death was poisoning by methane vapor.
