Iran's Intelligence Ministry announced the confiscation of hundreds of Starlink systems

Several hundred Starlink satellite communication terminals installed in various regions of Iran were discovered and seized during a nationwide operation. This was reported on March 17 by Tasnim news agency with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic.

With the help of modern technical means, the locations of the systems were determined, as well as illegal Internet traffic of users was taken under control. The ministry stressed that using Starlink is considered a crime and carries severe penalties in the context of military operations, especially for persons associated with the United States and Israel.
