The number of documents and approvals for the construction of social facilities in Russia decreased from 989 items in 2021 to 550 in 2025. This was announced by the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services, Sergey Pakhomov, at the United Russia regional forum "There is a result!" in Rostov-on-Don.

"The point here is very practical — the less time it takes for unnecessary bureaucracy, the faster the regions move to real construction and the more facilities can be built in the same period. This directly affects the commissioning of schools, kindergartens, sports grounds and other social facilities," he is quoted as saying on the party's website.
