Peskov announced the coordination of the Ministry of Agriculture of the regions with outbreaks of livestock diseases.

The Ministry of Agriculture coordinates the actions of the regions where outbreaks of cattle diseases have been recorded. This was announced on March 17 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"The regions are responding, they are in constant contact with the federal center. The Ministry of Agriculture is fully coordinating these actions," he said at a briefing.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the region reported on March 7 that livestock began to be seized in several districts of the Novosibirsk region. It is noted that there is no threat to the life and health of the population. Local residents were urged to treat the situation with understanding, as well as vaccinate their animals.

Rabies quarantine is also in effect in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the Mansko-Uyarsk municipal District. Restrictive measures will last until April 22 inclusive in the Uyarsky district in the village of Tolstikhino.
