Szijjarto spoke about Germany's threats against Hungary over Ukraine

German Foreign Minister Johann Wadefohl has threatened "very serious consequences" for Hungary if it does not give up defending its own interests and change its position towards Ukraine. This was announced on March 16 by Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto.

"It was a very harsh, open and shameless threat from the Germans. The Germans directly threatened us that if we do not abandon the protection of national interests in the issue of Ukraine, it will have very serious consequences," the Hungarian Foreign Minister said after a meeting of the EU Council in Brussels.
