Iran has hit Israel and US bases with super-heavy ballistic missiles
In the 55th wave of attacks on Israel and U.S. bases, Iran has hit Tel Aviv, Ben Gurion Airport, and Israel Aerospace Industries military manufacturing centers with superheavy ballistic and hypersonic missiles. This was announced on March 16 by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
"In the 55th stage of Operation True Promise 4, the IRGC attacked the refueling centers in Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion Airport, as well as the production centers of Israel Aerospace Industries military aerospace equipment," Al Mayadeen TV channel quoted the statement as saying on its Telegram channel.
It is noted that the IRGC used superheavy, high-precision and hypersonic Fattah, Emad and Qadr missiles, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
On the same day, Iran attacked the manufacturing facilities of the Israeli arms company Rafael. It is noted that the weapons production center is developing air defense systems, including the Iron Dome, Spike missiles, and cyber technologies.
On March 15, the IRGC reported the destruction of more than 80% of key facilities at US military bases. The next day, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said that Iran intends to fight until US President Donald Trump is convinced of the fallacy of the aggression launched jointly with Israel.
IRGC Commander Majid Mousavi announced the use of superheavy ballistic missiles on March 13. It is noted that Iran carried out an unprecedented attack on Israeli territory, using super-heavy ballistic missiles. It is specified that 30 superheavy ballistic missiles were involved in the operation.
