Some oil loading operations at the port of Fujairah, which is located near the Strait of Hormuz in the UAE, were suspended after the drone attack. This was reported on March 14 by Bloomberg news agency.

According to the agency, the drone attacked the port, after which a fire broke out.

"A number of oil loading operations at the port of Fujairah, located near the Strait of Hormuz, have been suspended after a drone attack and a fire on Saturday morning," the material says.

It is reported that the Fujairah oil industry zone has been subjected to air attacks from Iran several times. The Fujairah terminal is located on the shores of the Arabian Sea and makes it possible to supply oil bypassing the Strait of Hormuz, which is almost completely blocked. The attack followed a US strike on the Iranian island of Kharq, a key part of Iran's oil infrastructure.

On March 11, at least four people were injured near Dubai Airport as a result of falling debris from two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The government added that the incident did not disrupt air traffic, it continues to function.
