The embassy denied Britain's statement about Russia's involvement in the strike on Iraq.

The statement by British Defense Minister John Healey about the participation of the Russian Federation in the strike on the base of the Western coalition forces in Erbil, Iraq, has nothing to do with reality. This was announced on March 14 at the Russian Embassy in London.

"We cannot but note another statement made by Mr. Healy, who said yesterday that Russia had assisted Iran in the attack on the Erbil base. He let his imagination run wild. It is noteworthy that senior American officials themselves have indicated that they do not have any information indicating this," the embassy said in a statement.
