Ilya Vereshchagin, a volunteer in a special military operation and a recipient of the Medal for Bravery, highly appreciated the support system for the participants of the military operation in Moscow. According to him, effective mechanisms of assistance to military personnel and their families have been built in the capital. This was reported by the press service of the Moscow branch of the United Russia party.

"I was very impressed by the Unified Support Center for the participants of the SVO and their families in Beregovoy Passage. It's like a public services center, just for us and our families. There is no need to run around the offices: I came to one place and solved all the issues," Vereshchagin said.

He stressed that the participation of specialists with combat experience plays an important role in the work of the support center, which allows for a better understanding of the needs of military personnel.

Vereshchagin also noted the high level of medical care provided to the fighters in the capital. After being wounded, he underwent treatment and rehabilitation at the P.V. Mandryk Military Clinical Hospital.

"Moscow doctors are real masters of their craft. They have no equal. It was thanks to their professionalism that I fully recovered and was able to return to service," Vereshchagin shared.

Ilya Vereshchagin went to the area of a special military operation in the fall of 2022. For the courage and heroism shown during combat missions, the soldier was awarded the medal "For Bravery".

Currently, Vereshchagin has applied to participate in the preliminary voting of United Russia in the Moscow branch of the party in preparation for the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

Registration of participants in the preliminary voting began in Moscow on March 11. Based on its results, the party will determine candidates for the elections to the State Duma of the IX convocation, which will be held in the fall of 2026. You can submit documents remotely via the official website or in person at the Moscow office at 3 Samotechny Lane, 3, building 1. Preliminary voting will take place in electronic format from May 25 to 31.
