Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, criticized the head of the European Diplomacy, Kai Kallas, for making a statement about the opposition of the European Union (EU) to US President Donald Trump.
