Every clinic in Moscow has encountered "consumer terrorism," a phenomenon in which a patient attends a procedure but does not pay for it. Ekaterina Vasilyeva, chief physician and founder of the Artleo Clinic, told about this on March 13 at the Izvestia News Center at a press conference on "Business challenges and ways to solve them."
