Summer tires have fallen in price in Russia by almost 10%
Summer tires in the non-premium price segment for passenger cars have fallen in price in Russia by 8.5% over the year. The National Agency for Industrial Information (NAPI) announced this on March 13 in its Telegram channel.
So, if in February 2025 the average price of a permanent summer tire was 10.7 thousand rubles, then in February 2026 it was 9.8 thousand rubles.
As for other tires in the non—premium segment, winter tires have become more expensive by 3.1% over the year, from 9.6 thousand rubles in February last year to 9.9 thousand rubles in February this year. The peak occurred in January 2026 - 10.8 thousand rubles for a winter tire. At the same time, all—season tires fell in price by 1.5% over the year, from 13.4 thousand to 13.2 thousand rubles.
During the month from January to February of this year, the cost of non-premium all-season tires increased by 9.1%. The price of winter tires decreased by 8.6%, and for summer tires — by 5.3%.
On February 25, Cordiant Holding presented a new studded Gislaved One W winter tire for passenger cars and crossovers. According to the company, the premium model, which will become the flagship in the line, is a completely proprietary development of the holding.
