Travel along the MSD will be free 70% of the day on weekdays.
The fare along the Moscow High-Speed Diameter (MSD) during critically busy hours on weekdays is indexed by two rubles to 15 rubles per section. This was previously reported in the channel of the Department of Transport of the capital in MAX.
The tariff was indexed only during critically busy periods on weekdays: from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 Moscow time. This will allow us to continue making the trip along the MD predictable, fast and predictable in time, the publication noted. The rest of the time — 70% of the time on weekdays, as well as on weekends and holidays — travel is free. The transit fare has not changed and amounts to 950 rubles.
Travel on a specific section of the highway is considered paid only if the car entered and left the site during the paid time. For vehicles of operational services and mail, municipal equipment, public transport, school buses, as well as taxi cars licensed in Moscow and the Moscow region, travel along the MSD is always free.
The cost of all trips made per day along the highway is summed up, after which, within five days, a single payment is made for all trips along the highway per day. The department recommends paying for travel only through official resources: on the website msd.mos.ru , through the Russian Parking app, on Public Services, in the Yandex Maps, Navigator and 2GIS applications, as well as in bank applications where car information is indicated.
The Moscow High—speed Diameter is the longest high-speed diameter in Russia, with a length of 68 km. The MSD connects 10 major outbound highways and connects the districts of Moscow and the region. Transport interchanges are located on the diameter, which provide unloading of the Garden Ring, TTK and MKAD, as well as improve transport accessibility in 48 districts of the city, where more than 4.5 million Muscovites live.
All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
