Czech President rules out buying energy from Russia
The Czech Republic will not purchase energy resources from Russia regardless of oil prices. This was announced on March 12 by President of the country Peter Pavel after talks in Vilnius with his Lithuanian counterpart Gitanas Nauseda.
"With any development of the situation with energy prices, we do not intend to discuss the issue of returning to Russian energy," Pavel said after talks in Vilnius with his Lithuanian counterpart Gitanas Nauseda. The press conference was broadcast on Czech TV.
