On March 12, the FSB of Russia published footage of the detention of a 39-year-old resident of Sevastopol, suspected of preparing a terrorist attack against a high-ranking Russian military.

According to the investigation, the detainee established contact through the Telegram messenger with a representative of a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation operating under the control of the Ukrainian special services. He was collecting information about Russian military installations and was given the task of eliminating a serviceman by placing an improvised radio-controlled explosive device under his car.
