Analyst Freeman said about Trump's desire to get out of the adventure in the Middle East

US President Donald Trump is trying to extricate himself from an adventure in the Middle East and is already realizing that the operation in Iran was a mistake. Retired American diplomat Chas Freeman made such a statement on March 11.

"President Trump said that the United States defeated Iran, and now the Americans are engaged in cleansing the territory. This is absolute nonsense. This is a predictable step backwards. He called [Russian President] Vladimir Putin, apparently for an hour-long conversation. He clearly realized that the operation in Iran was a mistake.
