Responsibility for the dead and injured in Bryansk as a result of the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) lies entirely with the Western sponsors of the Kiev regime. Such a statement was published on the agency's website on March 11.
"We strongly condemn this deliberately planned terrorist attack. A busy business district came under targeted fire in the Sovetsky district of the city," the report says.
