Two business centers to be built on Constitution Square in St. Petersburg

Two business centers will be opened in St. Petersburg in the area of Constitution Square. Their construction was approved at a meeting of the City Planning Council under the city government. The project was developed by Studio 44 Architectural Bureau LLC, commissioned by Palmyra LLC.

The total area of the two buildings will exceed 108 thousand square meters. The head of the bureau and chief architect Nikita Yavein is confident that the project will bring the appearance of the square to a single style.

These will be two symmetrical office buildings consisting of four high-rise blocks. The buildings will be connected to each other and to neighboring houses at the level of the lower floors by special passages. Due to this, an even line of buildings will appear along the square. Thus, the project will visually balance the 146-meter Leader Tower.

The facades of business centers will be layered so that they do not look alien. Thus, they will be able to be built to match the scale of the windows of the houses already standing on the square. The main entrances will be located on Constitution Square. Underground parking and outdoor parking for 1,280 parking spaces are being equipped for employees and visitors.
