The militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the civilian infrastructure of Bryansk, not military facilities, as a result of the attack, residential buildings, roads and cars were damaged. On March 11, Izvestia correspondent Denis Kulaga showed the situation in the city.

"They didn't hit military targets, but ordinary residential buildings where ordinary civilians lived and cooked dinner," the correspondent said.

He added that residents of the damaged houses were placed in temporary residence centers. Doctors continue to fight for the lives of the wounded.
