In Russia, the number of regions with an average salary of 150 thousand rubles has increased.

In December 2025, the number of Russian regions with an average salary of 150,000 rubles increased to 12, while in November there were only four. Such data was obtained on March 9 from the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System (EMISS).

As of December 2025, the average monthly nominal accrued wages of those working in the economy varied significantly by region. So, in Moscow it amounted to 288,524 rubles, in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug — 281,482 rubles, in the Magadan Region — 249,335 rubles, in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug — 216,795 rubles, in the Kamchatka Territory — 206,676 rubles, reports TASS.

In the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, the average salary reached 199,885 rubles, in the Republic of Sakha — 192,925 rubles, in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug — 191,388 rubles, in the Sakhalin Region — 185,621 rubles, and in the Murmansk Region — 181,140 rubles.

In St. Petersburg, the average monthly salary was 168,165 rubles, in the Moscow region — 156,426 rubles.
