Russia's voice in the global economy and geopolitics is even louder after the price of oil exceeded $100 per barrel. This position was expressed on March 9 by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
