The State Duma spoke about the expansion of the medical examination program for veterans of their military

The Russian Ministry of Health has developed amendments that expand the medical examination procedure for veterans of a special military operation (SVO), including, in particular, psychological counseling. This was announced on March 9 by the head of the State Duma Committee on Health Protection, Sergei Leonov (LDPR).

"The medical examination procedure for veterans of a special military operation can be expanded. The relevant amendments to the procedure for conducting medical examinations for adults have been prepared by the Ministry of Health. In particular, it is planned to include a psychologist's consultation in the medical examination of ITS veterans, which is recommended to be conducted on the day of the first stage of the medical examination," Leonov told RIA Novosti.
