The Ukrainian Armed Forces damaged 20 apartment buildings during attacks in the Kiev district of Donetsk.

At least 20 apartment buildings were damaged in the Kievsky district of Donetsk as a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Footage from the scene on March 8 is published by Izvestia.

"This is what Donetsk's Kievsky Prospekt looks like after being shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. A taxi car was completely destroyed, and the entire avenue is littered with debris," Izvestia correspondent Yevgeny Bykovsky reports.

The building of the children's clinical hospital was also damaged as a result of the drone strike. A month earlier, the medical facility was restored and began receiving patients. Currently, a fire is continuing in the building, operational services are involved in its elimination.

An off-site investigator of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation noted that the enemy had attacked a peaceful area of the city, which had no weapons or military equipment.

The head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin announced on the same day that four people were killed, including a child, and 12 more civilians, including a teenager, were injured as a result of the attack on the Kiev district of Donetsk. He noted that an entire family was killed in a mining accident in the Kurakhovsky municipal district. A teenager was also injured.
